Celebration is the Disney designed town located around 3 miles from Disney. It is a residential area and short-term weekly letting is not permitted.

 

A beautiful town with southern flavour and charm, and a real close-knit community spirit, it will take you back to yesterday.  Celebration is a secluded oasis among the bustle of the tourism. Often compared to ‘Stepford’ or ‘Wisteria Lane’ due to it’s unnerving perfection, once you are in you will never want to leave!

 

The town is a showcase for some of the worlds leading architects, with it’s own town center shops, world class restaurants, cinema, town hall, post office, salons, corporate buildings, state-of-the-art hospital and fitness center, golf course, and A+ rated schools, it has all you could want or need just a short walk or drive away.

 

There are no new homes available and a limited number of re-sales, but resale options can be forwarded. The value of properties increases rapidly, with prices doubling in the last 18 months and a further boost to follow as the builders finally leave the area. The area is now expensive with single family homes starting at around $400,000 and going right up to $3M. Condos are available and town homes also.
